Servo Calibrating Creasing and Die Cutting Line

    本聯(lián)動(dòng)線集自動(dòng)上料，免壓送紙，自動(dòng)跟標(biāo)壓線、模切，清廢點(diǎn)數(shù)堆碼，捆扎，碼垛纏繞等功能。是專為彩箱和預(yù)印紙箱量身定做的一款新型設(shè)備.

    With the function of Automatic Loading, Non- pressure Feeding, automatic Calibrating, Creasing , Die Cutting , Stripping, Counting,Stacking and Strapping. It is a new equipment specially designed for colored boxes and pre-printed cartons.

    1. 強(qiáng)度高：送紙部采用伺服免壓送紙，不但提高了送紙精度，而且不會(huì)對(duì)瓦楞造成破壞，與傳統(tǒng)的拉紙輥相比，模切后的紙板強(qiáng)度高出25-30%；

       Higher strength: Servo Driven Non-pressure Feeding , which not only improves the precision of the feeding, but also will not cause damage to the corrugating. The strength of the products after die-cut is  25-30% stronger than the one from the traditional pulling rollers feeding unit;

    2. 成型好：圓壓圓模切實(shí)現(xiàn)平壓平模切的效果。壓線能實(shí)現(xiàn)子母線（凸凹線、上下線）的功能；壓線模切快速成型。

      Better Shaping: achieved the effect of flat die cutting. The function of creasing unit  can crease the convex and concave line at the same time, guarantees the rapid molding of the product.

    3. 精準(zhǔn)：跟綜印刷面的色標(biāo)，自動(dòng)調(diào)整壓線及模切位置，實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)模切；精度 ±0.5mm。

       Precision: detect the mark on the cardboard, automatically adjust the position of creasing and die-cutting, achieves the accuracy of ± 0.3mm.

    4. 節(jié)約：實(shí)現(xiàn)前后無(wú)邊料模切，節(jié)約原紙。節(jié)約率：1～4%。

       Material saving： no need offcut edges, saves raw material. Saving rate: 1% to 4%.

    5.自動(dòng)清廢，通過(guò)震蕩和高壓風(fēng)機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)完美清廢。

       Double beat vibrates stripping, by vibration and high speed blower, achieves best cleaning  effect。
